Writer/director Nick Peterson and producer Jon Heder join us this week with their experimental, pixilation based short Drained, which allegorically depicts how a man’s outside vice destroys the woman who loves him. We discuss shooting blind under rapid fire strobe lighting and why white makeup is the bane of speedy filmmaking.

I wanted Drained to have the feel of something very experimental maybe avant-garde but I wanted people to definitely get the point.
