Inspired by his wish for an ‘undo button’ in real-life and named after Europe’s oldest natural human mummy, Evan Red Borja’s thesis animation for New York’s School of Visual Arts is much more than just a laugh-out loud short. Created using a combination of Flash and After Effects with the aim of keeping the visuals as simple as possible and putting the emphasis on the story instead, Otzi’s plot explores the dark side of time-travel.
