to provide the perfect visual accompaniment to the dinkies musical catalogue, we are taking their music time travelling. our counter cultural revolution- codename: queens of disco sleaze- will travel back to before 1980, collect data, assemble it creatively with a loving, non-ironic spirit of the time and bring a fuller musical experience back to the future.

that’s the dream but, in truth, we don’t know where this project will take us. we don’t know if making videos as if we are back in the disco era- using only footage that existed up to that point- will help us get back in touch with the creative process after having become overly spoiled by amazing technological affects’ advances. we don’t know what we will learn from the idealism of past but we’re open and committed to seeing where the queens of disco sleaze project takes us.
