A father and son forge a twisted pact: one shot will decide between freedom and death.

Award winning writer and director Jason LaMotte takes the Mike McCormack short story The Terms (from his Getting it in the Head collection) and turns it into a dark and instantly gripping short film. Shot in under two days on the blustery south coast of England, LaMotte manages to mix crisp cinematography (photographed by DP Lee Pulbrook on the RED camera) with stunning performances from his cast, all the time striving to retain the impact of Mike McCormack’s short story.
