Sporting the surname ‘Herzog’, people are going to be expecting big things from your films and animator Marius Herzog doesn’t disappoint. Carrying out the entire production process of an animated 3D shortfilm himself, including story development, concept design, modelling, rigging, directing, editing, animating, rendering and finally compositing, Herzog’s graduation piece The Tale Of Mr. Rêvus is obviously a labour of love. A meticulous attention to detail and a fantastical story combine to make a magical animation from this graduate of the University Of Applied Sciences, Nuremberg.
