Flashy candy coloured visuals and smart optical tricks may be the staple of the modern music video but it always pleases me to see a promo that instead shoots for an emotional impact that intensifies the power of the music it’s coupled to.
Shot with a mix of 8mm and 5D, Mirka Duijn’s promo for Bart Constant’s Do Better is a beautifully captured tale of the battle between love and obligation.
