If you ever thought Bill Murray’s performance as Ernie McCracken in Kingpin was over the top and unbelievable, you’ve obviously never met Rocky Salemmo!
He’s a ramblin’ gamblin’ man. For the majority of his adult life Rocky has hustled bowling for a living.
Here is his story. A short documentary about booze, broads and bowling.
Dunne’s documentary is a slick and stylish short filled with beautiful cinematography, rich colours and snappy editing.
Rocky Salemmo is one of the most fascinating characters you’ll ever see in short film, he eats up the screen like Joe Pesci on speed and it feels like he was born to be on screen. It’s impossible to take your eyes off him for one second, blink and you might miss something.
