After stumbling across Zoomer’s Treasures on a US road trip, UK director Sam Huntley returned to rural Kansas to capture the life of its colourful owner Mary DeBoutez Zellmer-Fenoglio, or “Zoomer” to her friends. Sam shares the challenges of the self-financing, self-shooting, debut documentary feature on the show this week.
