Filmmakers Dish Festival Dirt with Sqirrl

The regular relationship filmmakers have with film festivals is as outside hopefuls, wishing for acceptance and praying for an award or two along the way. However, what’s pretty much unknown unless you’re a repeat visitor is how those festivals treat their visiting filmmakers and if it’s worth your hard earned submission fee and/or time to take part.

In to that void steps Spirrl, which in their own words “…is a review website designed to allow filmmakers to communicate about their film festival experiences for the benefit of other filmmakers.” Useful stuff.
