British Shorts Call for Entries

I’m a little delayed in getting this out (sorry Julia!) but the 2nd Lichtspielklub Short Film Festival is searching out films for the new festival line up taking place 16th – 18th January 2009 in the Sputnik Kino cinema, Berlin.

The festival features a wide mix of documentaries, animations, comedy, drama, experiment and music videos largely created by University of Bedfordshire film students, but open to any filmmaker somehow connected to Britain. In addition year two will include a workshop with lecturers from the University of Bedfordshire, concerts, parties and a photography exhibition.

The submission deadline is 5th December 2008 – did I mention I was late putting this out – and the best thing is that there are zero submission fees to pay!
